Starting in May or June, we may begin operating a two-sided auction. We will distribute the project descriptions (except for the asking prices and any information that the applicant requested be kept private) to anyone interested in making a purchase, and they’ll be able to submit buy orders.
For sellers of certificates, the two-sided auction will be strategically equivalent to the original auction.
You are welcome to purchase certificates even if your values are very different from ours—we will just end up buying different certificates at different prices. We are happy to serve as a clearing house. If your funding would be interesting to different people than ours, that’s fine too, though in that case you may need to do some of your own advertising.
